Living House In Panemune Pineforest

This residential house is located in the prestigious Panemunė forest area on the left bank of the Nemunas River in Kaunas. Over the past 40 years, this neighborhood has evolved from a modest district into one of the most luxurious residential blocks in the city. The house features an L-shaped plan that combines two distinct volumes, creating a private inner courtyard and effectively dividing the living and sleeping zones. Using natural materials like brick, timber, and clay tiles, the design harmoniously integrates with the surrounding environment, emphasizing comfort and elegance.
