Residential house on river slope is a modern single-storey home that stands out for its clear layout and unique facade. The house sits on a gentle slope edge and offers stunning panoramic views of the river.
Because the house occupies the slope edge, every main room opens directly to the panoramic views. This location also shaped the interior layout and functional zones. Moreover, natural light flows from multiple angles, which makes the spaces bright and visually open. The home divides into three main zones. First, the open living area combines kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces. Large windows face the river, so the interior feels spacious and strongly connected to the surrounding landscape.
Next, the SPA zone sits in the middle of the house and forms a natural transition between the living and sleeping areas. It also provides an intimate space for relaxation while maintaining a connection to the outdoor environment. Finally, the sleeping area occupies the end of the house. It offers privacy and calm, and the rooms enjoy river views, which enhance comfort and a sense of connection to nature.
The facade is a signature feature of the house. The architects designed and handcrafted the concrete bricks specifically for this project. They angled some bricks differently where needed to match the architectural design. As a result, the facade functions as both a protective shell and a sculptural element. This combination of materials also adds modern style and natural texture to the building.
Finally, we carefully planned the plot and landscape to integrate the house with its surroundings. Terraces, pathways, and greenery frame the panoramic views. Moreover, the exterior zones flow seamlessly from the interior, making the home a natural extension of the landscape.
